Get Your Shop Online
Maybe someone wants to buy a gift after closing time, or reserve a service before the day gets busy. An online shop gives them a way to do that. It should also be simple for you to tell what sold, what is left and which orders still need attention.
Wilton Web sets up easy-to-use stores with clear checkout and order information. We show you how to update items, change prices and keep track of purchases without having to call us for every task.
Paying online should be simple and safe:
Secure Checkout
We set up a trusted provider to process cards, so your website doesn’t keep those details. Then we make the path from shopping cart to order confirmation short and clear, giving customers fewer chances to get lost before finishing a purchase.
What Gets in the Way of Orders?
A store can look fine and still be hard to shop. We’ll check these familiar trouble spots first and explain what we find.
Price and Launch Plan
Let’s work out what the store actually needs to do. These are the things that usually affect the cost:
We'll count the products, check how you want to take payments and deliver orders, and see whether it needs to talk to your inventory or accounts system.
We'll give you a list of what we're building, the price and the launch plan. No guessing about what's included.
Need to offer pickup around Wilton, local delivery or shipping out of state? We'll set up those options so customers see the right choice during checkout.
We'll teach you how to add things to the shop, update a price and send a refund when needed. You can do those jobs yourself.

A Few Things to Know First
What will my store be built with?
We’ll look at the kinds of things you sell. Often the simplest answer is adding a shop to the website you already use. If a different platform is better, we’ll explain it in the proposal so you can decide.
Can people pay with a phone wallet?
Sure. We’ll connect a secure provider for card payments, and you can offer wallet payments if that provider allows them. Customers’ card information stays with the payment provider.
Could I sell something besides goods?
Yes. The shop can handle paid bookings, gift cards and deposits for your services, not just items to ship.
What happens when an order comes in?
You’ll get an email about each order and see it in the shop dashboard too. From there you can set its status to packed, sent or collected. If you need help making store changes later, our care plan covers support.
