How do we decide what to fix first?
We usually start with a simple question: where are people getting stuck? If they cannot find the business, we look at search. Can we start with one job?
Yes. Ask us to handle the one problem you have now. You can decide about anything else another time.
Can you help with someone else's site?
We can. First we check the site’s condition, then talk through the changes that would help. You might not need to rebuild it at all.
Will you show me what changed?
We keep it understandable. For the website, you will see visitors and inquiries. For SEO, you will see searches and traffic. For marketing, you will see what was spent and what came back. When something is not helping, we will point it out and suggest another direction.
